What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of talks exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Each session looks at a different question that people may have about faith and is designed to create conversation.
It’s just an open, informal and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together.
Who’s it for?
Alpha is for anyone who’s curious about Jesus. The talks are designed to encourage conversation and explore the basics of the Christian faith, in a friendly, open and informal environment.
No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish…No pressure!
How does it work?
Alpha is ten sessions with a day away in the middle.
Each session includes food, a short talk and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts.
How much is it?
There’s no charge to participate in Alpha. We want you to feel free to come and enjoy the experience.
When Does It Start?
Alpha begins Sunday February 9th at 5 PM. We will be done at 7 PM. We will meet in the old church at: 3141 Shaughnessy St, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 4L2
